Reports and
Discussions:

169 Corridor meeting, lots of projects
coming up this summer. Bruce signed up
for the executive board for the 169 Corridor Coalition.
Annual meeting had an excellent turnout and
good information.
Open House for the 2040 Comp Plan was a good
presentation and he thinks the Open Houses are a good way of getting the
information out to the public.
169 construction meeting, businesses
meeting. South of Jordan 169 will be a mess
this summer with the overlay.
Scott County Townships meeting was attended
by the board and the County Commissioners were also present. There is good discussion and lots of
information.
Bill Schneider: Bill attended all the same meetings as
Bruce. He also attended Shakopee Sands
meeting and the blasting that they are doing has him a little concerned. A few of the employees will be monitoring and
grading the blasting.
Road Report: More TV’s in the
ditch now because Scott County is now charging to accept them at their facility. Also, found some trash spread out on the
roads and used some of the cat litter bags that he found to fill a hole by the Rutoski’s home.
Michelle thanked him! Grading of
the gravel roads will be delayed with all the snow we are getting.
