Chairman Chad Sandey, Supervisor Bruce Hunstad, Supervisor Bill Schneider, Treasurer Myron Pauly, Clerk Maggie Gallentine, and Deputy Clerk Emily Nordick

Called to Order

The continuation of the Annual meeting was called to order at 6:17pm by Chairman Chad Sandey. Due to COVID-19 we are practicing safe social distancing.

Discussion about known upcoming projects for finalizing and adopting the 2021 Levy.

Berkshire Avenue Project: We are expected to pay 20% of the design costs ($26,000).

General Revenue Fund: $62,000.00 (no change)

Road and Bridge Fund: $373,000.00 (up approx. 5.65%)

Bonds/Debt: $20,000.00 (no change)

Fire District Fund: $135,000.00 (no change)

Total: $590,000.00 (up approx. 3.5%)

Motion by Chad to accept the 2021 Levy, second by Bruce, Unanimous at 6:54pm.

Motion by Chad to allow Maggie to fill out the Levy Certification Form, second by Bill, Unanimous at 6:56pm.

Motion by Chad to adjourn the continuation meeting, second by Bruce, second by Bruce, Unanimous at 6:57pm.
