Present: Chairman Chad Sandey, Supervisor Bruce Hunstad, Supervisor Bill Schneider, Treasurer Myron Pauly, Clerk Maggie Gallentine, Deputy Clerk Emily Nordick

The Board of Audit meeting was called to order by Chad Sandey at 6:13pm.

The 2019 Revenue and Expenses worksheet was presented by Myron, Treasurer, and Maggie, Clerk. The 2019 books have been balanced. ORI reimbursements need to go into the General Fund or Road & Bridge. Maggie to investigate. Some specific driveway escrows will need review in the spring. The board reviewed the report.

The Board acknowledges there was a computer issue during preparation of the Clerks books and is relying on the Treasurers books for accuracy. The board approves the Treasurers books for year ending December 31, 2019.

Corrective actions have been taken between Minnesota Association of Townships (MAT) and Sand Creek Township for Fiscal year 2020

Sand Creek Township Board of Audit Report for year ending 2019 (Statement of Receipts, Disbursements and Balances (Schedule 1)) as presented by the Treasurer and Clerk, has found the books to be accurate and balanced.

Motion by Chad to close the meeting, seconded by Bruce, Unanimous. Meeting closed at 7:46 pm
