Officers Present

Chad Sandey, Bill Schneider, Bruce Hunstad, Maggie Gallentine, Emily Nordick and Myron Pauly

Called to Order

The meeting was called to order at 5:50pm by the Clerk. The Clerk asked for nominations for Chairman. Bruce nominated Chad Sandey, second by Bill. Chad offered the position to both Supervisors and the both agreed Chad should continue as Chair. Bill motioned to have Chad Sandey as Chairman, Seconded by Bruce. Bruce – Aye, Bill Aye, Chad - Nay at 5:50pm.

The meeting continued with Chairman Chad Sandey conducting the meeting. The wages and service fees were discussed line by line and set as follows:

2022 Wages and Fees

Election Judges - $17.50 per hour

Head Election Judge - $20.00 per hour

Motion Chad, second by Bruce, Unanimous at 5:53pm.

General Labor - $20.0 per hour

Motion Bruce, second by Chad, Unanimous at 5:54pm.

*Hand Held Power Equipment use - $15.00 per hour + any sharpening costs.

Motion Bill, second by Bruce, Unanimous at 5:59pm.

*Skid Loader use - $55.00 per hour

Motion Chad, second by Bruce, Unanimous at 5:59pm.

Clerk - $900.00 per month + meetings + mileage + training

We need to make an effort to ensure billing of extra hours/activities is enforced for reimbursement.

Deputy Clerk - $480.00 per month + meetings + mileage + training

Motion Bruce, second by Bill, Unanimous at 6:03pm.

Treasurer - $480.00 per month + meetings + mileage + training

Motion Bruce, second by Chad, Unanimous at 6:04pm.

*Deputy Treasurer – hourly rate of $20.00 + meetings + mileage + training for 2 to 3 months

Road Tech - $60.00 per meeting + mileage with Labor at $20.00 per hour

Chairman Salary - $360.00 per month

Meetings for the immediate Board Supervisors, Clerk, Deputy Clerk, Treasurer and Deputy Treasurer are charged at $75.00 for the first 4 hours, after 4 hours is another $75.00. Motion Chad, second Bruce, Unanimous at 6:19pm.

*Mileage is .585 (cents) per mile (from .56 in 2021) per the IRS standard rate (effective March 1st). Motion Chad, second Bruce, Unanimous at 6:19pm.

*Annual Meeting Moderator Stipend - $50.00

Motion Bruce, second Bill, Unanimous at 6:32pm.

Maggie suggested a base salary for Supervisors. No additional compensation for Supervisors.
